Man Has Porn-Induced Headaches

A man has been plagued by headaches that are porn-induced and caused him to take painkillers at least 30 minutes prior to viewing X-rated movies. The man, unnamed and unmarried is a software professional who has complained of having severe and exploding type headaches that develop gradually and peak about 10 minutes after the start of a sexy scene. Apple Wins Second Ban Against Samsung

On Friday, Apple Inc. was awarded another sales ban against Samsung. Violent storms hit around the Washington D.C. area on Friday and caused the deaths of two people. Authorities also said that five people, including three children, might have died from severe heat that has affected the majority of the nation. Microsoft Announces Intentions To Purchase Yammer (NASDAQ: MSFT)

Oracle Announces Unexpected Results (NASDAQ: ORCL)

Oracle’s reported financial results exceeded Wall Street’s expectations.  Oracle’s results indicate that there is still a strong demand for technology that helps companies automate administrative tasks.  Oracle’s chief financial officer, Safra Catz, said that the company did not think investors would mind hearing about a solid quarter amid fears about Europe’s shaky economy and its effect on business conditions. Copyright Lawsuit Against Google’s YouTube Dismissed (NASDAQ: GOOG)

A French court dismissed a copyright lawsuit against Google’s YouTube, an online video-sharing platform that lets people post videos to the site.  French television company TF1 filed the lawsuit and had sought €141 million, or $176 million, in damages.  TF1 is the biggest television company in France. Passengers along with sky marshals aboard a plane in the western province of Xinjiang, China overpowered a group of hijackers on Friday. Research in Motion Reeling From Financial Results

Research In Motion, the Canadian based maker of Blackberry smartphones and the PlayBook tablet could see its cash dry up and fail, even with the proposed launch of its Blackberry 10 early next year, says Wall Street analysts. An investigation by U.S. Air Force officials has discovered that 31 female cadets have been sexually assaulted by trainers at a military camp in Texas. Don Grady played Robbie Douglas the dimpled-chinned son on My Three Sons, a hit sitcom on television from 1962 to 1970. He also was a Walt Disney Mouseketeer at 12, on the original Mickey Mouse Club. Search warrants that 70 police from New Zealand used to raid a mansion that was the home of a suspected internet piracy kingpin were ruled illegal by a court in New Zealand on Thursday. Barclays to pay $450 million to End Probe

Barclays announced it would pay out over $450 million to regulators in the United States and the United Kingdom to settle allegations that employees tried to manipulate the interbank lending rate in London that is the rate for over $350 trillion in contracts across the globe. African Americans Not As Likely To Receive Kidney Donation

A new study published in June shows that patients who are African American and awaiting a new organ are not as likely to receive one as a non-black patient is. At transplant centers around the country, of which there are 275, African Americans had a 35% lower change of getting a live kidney donation, said a doctor from John Hopkins University.
