Electrovaya Inc. (NASDAQ: ELVA) ranked fourth among Enterprise Industry Leaders in Deloitte's Technology Fast 50 program, citing four-year revenue growth of 354%.
Deloitte's program recognizes the fastest-growing enterprise-level technology, media and telecommunications companies by revenue growth percentage over their last four years. The category is open to companies that recorded minimum revenue of $10 million in 2021 and $50 million in 2025.
Electrovaya said it is the company's fourth consecutive year on the Technology Fast 50 ranking and its second consecutive year in the Enterprise category. CEO Raj Das Gupta credited increasing adoption of the company's Infinity Battery Technology, which he said improves safety and longevity.
Das Gupta also cited growing interest from material handling, robotics, defense and AI data center infrastructure. The company announced the ranking on Nov. 2 in a press release furnished with a Form 6-K.

Why it matters
OptimistFi has argued that Electrovaya works if its industrial lithium-ion niche stays differentiated enough to support premium margins while the company funds scale without diluting owners. Management ties the growth to rising adoption of its battery technology, which fits the differentiation part of that view.
The ranking measures revenue growth percentage, not profitability or funding. An award based on past four-year growth does not show current margins, whether expansion will be completed on time, or whether growth will continue. The event leaves the case mixed.
Management says the planned Jamestown, New York, expansion is expected to support increased production capacity and long-term growth objectives. Electrovaya describes a 52-acre Jamestown site with a 135,000 square foot manufacturing facility for its planned gigafactory.

What's next
Electrovaya's next quarterly report is the next test. Results showing that the Jamestown expansion and customer adoption are translating into operating gains would strengthen the case.
Margin pressure or a need to raise new equity to fund the build-out would weaken it.
