Why it matters
OptimistFi's case is that Constellation Brands turns premium beer, wine and spirits brands into durable cash flow that funds capital returns. This filing strengthens that view. OptimistFi calculates that six-month operating cash flow slipped $10.7 million to $1.48 billion from a year earlier.
The quarter was not a clean volume-and-margin step up. Beer depletions fell 0.6% and reported operating income fell 8%. SpikedAde also adds a new brand and up to $278 million in contingent consideration, so the acquisition still has to prove itself.

What's next
The next dated item in the filing is the November 13, 2026 dividend payment for holders of record on October 30, 2026. If the company keeps generating cash while funding buybacks, dividends and the SpikedAde earnout, that supports the stock's case.
