Safe Pro Group (NASDAQ: SPAI) expects revenue to jump on U.S. government awards

What happened

Safe Pro Group Inc. (NASDAQ: SPAI) said it expects third-quarter 2026 revenue to rise by over 2,300% to more than $2.5 million. That compares with $101,422 in the third quarter of 2025.

The company issued the release on October 7, 2026. For the nine months ended September 30, 2026, it expects revenue to increase by over 1,200% to more than $5.0 million, compared with $378,977 in the same period of 2025.

Safe Pro said multiple U.S. Government subcontract awards drove the gains. The work supports the U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force. Deliveries in the quarter included work under a $1.3 million subcontract to integrate real-time AI threat detection onto autonomous unmanned ground vehicles and a $780,000 U.S. Army award for a package including NODE AI edge-processing systems and Blue UAS drones.

The company said growth also came from rising deliveries of its patented AI-powered software and edge-based battlefield intelligence solutions to multiple U.S. Government prime contractors. It also completed multiple U.S. Army exercises and technology demonstrations during the quarter.

Why it matters

OptimistFi's case is that Safe Pro Group matters only if mission-driven demand turns into repeat procurement before dilution forces the story to reset. This filing supports that view because Safe Pro says year-to-date awarded contract value is more than $5 million.

The release also says Safe Pro continues to hold cash reserves and has no long-term debt. It adds that the company completed multiple U.S. Army exercises and technology demonstrations during the quarter.

The figures are preliminary and unaudited. Safe Pro says they may differ materially after quarterly closing and review procedures.

Year-to-date awarded contract value is more than $5 million, so contract visibility remains the main measure of whether the growth can hold into the next filing.

What's next

The next check is Safe Pro's final third-quarter 2026 results after quarterly closing and review procedures.

Investors will see whether final revenue lands near these estimates or moves lower.

A result near the current figures would support the commercialization case.

A material revision would weaken it.
