Former 80's star Demi Moore has offically been released from rehab. March 2, 2012- Demi Moore left her rehab following her crisis of six weeks ago, said a news agency report. Since her crisis, she has been in rehab at the Cirque Lodge in Utah. She was seeking treatment for issues of addiction and a problem with an unspecified eating disorder.
