NIKE Stock Rating Reaffirmed by DA Davidson (NKE)

DA Davidson reiterated their neutral rating on shares of NIKE (NYSE: NKE) in a research report sent to investors on Monday morning. The firm currently has a $54.00 price target on the stock.

“NKE will report F3Q13 results Thursday, March 21st after market close with a 5:00 PM ET / 2:00 PM PT call. Our F3Q revenue and EPS estimates are $6.228 billion and $0.69, compared to consensus of $6.222 billion and $0.67. F3Q guidance calls for low double-digit c.c. revenue growth (1 point lower on a reported basis, including FX), gross margin down year-over-year (y/y), similar to the decline in F2Q (down 36bp y/y), and low double-digit SG&A growth. Our estimate assumes 10.1% revenue growth, gross margin of 43.6% (down 32bp y/y), and 9.4% y/y SG&A growth, resulting in an operating margin of 13.6% (down 11bp y/y).,” the firm’s analyst wrote.

Shares of NIKE (NYSE: NKE) opened at 53.83 on Monday. NIKE has a one year low of $42.55 and a one year high of $57.405. The stock’s 50-day moving average is currently $54.43. The company has a market cap of $48.216 billion and a P/E ratio of 24.29.

The company also recently declared a quarterly dividend, which is scheduled for Monday, April 1st. Investors of record on Monday, March 4th will be given a dividend of $0.21 per share. This represents a $0.84 dividend on an annualized basis and a yield of 1.56%. The ex-dividend date of this dividend is Thursday, February 28th.
