Reality TV actor Chaz Bono wants to invest in a new penis.
January 7, 2012- Chaz Bono has said he wants to have a metoidioplasty performed as soon as he has the money to pay for the procedure. He said he could have a phalloplasty, which makes the phallus from an area on your own body, but he said he would rather have the metoidioplasty done.
This procedure uses what is already there and has increased in size due to testosterone injections. The end result is a smaller phallus through this procedure, but one that is completely functional. It will have sensation and get fully erect. He said he expects his new penis size to be about three inches.
The procedure is very expensive since it also involves having testicular implants. He also wants to urinate with it as well. Since he plans to have the procedure done outside the U.S., it should be less expensive by could cost anywhere from $25,000 to $45,000.
He said he did not want to ask his mother, singer and entertainer Cher, for the money to have the procedure done. He said it was uncomfortable for him to ask mom for money as it is for most sons. He wants a successful acting career and hopes that his acting will help pay for the procedure he wants.
